ABOUT ME

I’m Michelle Garcia, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from Colorado State University in 2016. After graduation, I spent three years providing intensive in-home family therapy. I saw a wide range of issues such as ADHD, anxiety and depression, and trauma. I now provide outpatient services and work with children, adolescents, and adults. My passion is to help people heal from traumatic experiences and develop the relationships they want in life.

In my personal life, I love to get out in nature for hikes or walks with my greyhound, Zuko. I also love to travel! I was a French major in college and had the opportunity to study abroad in France and Mali. Most importantly, I always look forward to getting together with friends for good conversation and laughter.

STATEMENT OF INCLUSIVITY

I believe that all people should feel safe and comfortable seeking out therapy, regardless of their identities. I work with clients of all gender and sexual identities, relationship orientations, race/ethnicities, and religions. If you prefer to work with a clinician who is a member of your community, I will do my best to connect you to an appropriate provider.
